ABOUT KINGSTON SPRINGS, TN – HAPPY TO BE YOUR HOMETOWN HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING CONTRACTOR!

Kingston Springs, Tennessee is a quaint bedroom community found 20 miles west of downtown Nashville. Situated along Interstate 40, this town offers residents with a quick commute into Nashville for work and cultural opportunities. Kingston Springs itself provides locals with a family-friendly and safe community, and three schools are located here: Kingston Springs Elementary, Harpeth Middle, and Harpeth High School. About 2,750 people live in this Cheatham County town, and while the area is primarily rural, there are many amenities available to residents.

Kingston isn’t a large community, but there is no shortage of places to visit within the town limits. LL Burns Park offers a splash pad, which is popular during the hot summer months, and canoeing, kayaking, and other outdoor recreational opportunities are available at Harpeth River State Park – Gossett Tract. A variety of youth camps and retreats are held throughout the year at Bethany Hills, and the Kingston Springs Farmers and Artisans Market offers a source for local produce and hand-made goods. Agritourism is also popular in the region, and noteworthy destinations within Kingston Springs include the Wild Earth Apothecary and Hayshed Farms on Big Turnbull Creek.

Varied weather conditions are typical in Kingston Springs. Summers here are hot and humid, and thermostat readings frequently push into the mid-90s during the peak of the season. This time of the year can be especially dangerous to the elderly, children, and other vulnerable populations, so residents should invest in an appropriate home cooling solution. Air conditioning systems with high SEER ratings and variable-speed compressors will help Kingston Springs residents to keep cooling costs affordable throughout the season.

Residents can expect drastically different conditions during the winter in Kingston Springs. Toward late autumn, temperatures will cool off, and average daily highs stay in the mid-40s during January. While snowfall is minimal, overnight conditions often fall below freezing. Reliable home heating systems – including gas or electric furnaces – will keep residents safe throughout the season.
